The electronic duo ODESZA just wrapped up three sold out nights of shows in their hometown of Seattle, and we had the opportunity to create a unique poster for each night. Each poster is based on the band’s icosahedron logo and transforming it into a different planet for each show. The posters are each 18” x 24” two color screen prints on Classic Crest Epic Black paper and each have a limited edition of 125. The posters are available to purchase individually or as a set for a discounted price.
With his inaugural US headlining tour, Sam Smith has been captivating audiences from coast to coast, performing in support of his debut album, In The Lonely Hour. We were thrilled to create a poster for Sam’s show at The Paramount in Seattle, Washington. Inspired by the emotions that Sam explores in the album, we tried to convey a sense of what Sam calls a "truly depressing album that ends on a hopeful note". The poster was printed as a single-screen split fountain using a blend of three ink colors on French Pop-Tone Black Licorice. Check out our initial sketch as well as a few close up photos of the finished print below. A limited number of posters will be available in the DKNG Store.
