For this year’s Dia de Los Muertos celebration in Los Angeles, we teamed up with the LA Kings once again to create a new collection of gear for their heritage night game this past Thursday. This year’s art was inspired by traditional Lotería cards, the classic game of chance known for its bold, graphic illustrations. Our card features a skeleton-faced hockey player in full Kings gear, surrounded by Dia imagery including the sun and moon, roses, and marigold flowers.
The art appeared on a full range of merch, including shirts, hats, hoodies, and scarves, along with smaller pieces like hockey pucks and keychains. All of the new gear was available at the game, with a select few available online through the Team LA Store. Unfortunately all of the gear has already sold out but you can check out a few images from the collection and the night below.
