It’s that time of year again. Moogfest 2011 is just around the corner and we were once again asked to create a print for this year’s group art show SYNTH, a showcase of hand made limited edition screen prints inspired by Bob Moog’s legacy.
Since last year’s print was such a success, we decided to create an all new giant Moog synthesizer, with the addition of some new bells and whistles. This year’s print is a 24″ x 18″ four color screen print and has a limited edition of 100. The graphics go full bleed, we created a DKNG moog parody logo, and to top it all off, it glows in the dark. The best part is the glow ink spells out the name MOOG which is composed of the buttons and knobs from the artwork.
The print will be available for purchase in our online store starting November 1st. Below is an image of the design in glow in the dark mode along with some close up pics of the actual print.

You must print some more! Maybe with a tiny change to indicate a second press run, so that everyone who bought the original limited edition won’t feel cheated.

One’s being sold on eBay for $400…
Very sad that this was so limited.
